Anthony Coculo began his career in real estate as a Residential Field Appraiser in 2002, gaining over a decade of hands-on experience in property valuation. In 2013, he joined Enact on the Appraisal Management Team (AMT), serving as an Appraisal Analyst. Now, he currently serves as a QA Appraisal Manager and Auditor. Anthony's expertise is a reflection of a strong foundation in field appraisal and a deep commitment to quality and risk oversight in the valuation process.
