Maureen Townson is a Sales Account Manager at Enact MI with more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry and over 11 years spent supporting lenders at Enact. Throughout her career, Maureen has worked across wholesale lending, third-party origination, correspondent account management, and hybrid training, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges mortgage professionals face at every stage of the loan process.
In her current role, Maureen partners closely with lenders, loan officers, and underwriting teams to help them navigate complex and often “out-of-the-box” mortgage scenarios. Her extensive industry background allows her to provide practical guidance that improves pipeline pull-through, reduces rework, and supports stronger borrower retention—key priorities in today’s highly competitive and operationally demanding lending environment.
